1. People rarely ad positive comments on things that they buy.[&:]
2. Look up most companies, they will have many complaints on the BBB website, as most people are impatient and cannot wait for a response. Either that or assume that their email could not have been overlooked by accident...heaven forbid.
3. Just because BH doesn’t rush out a replacement does not mean they didn’t read your email. If I owned a business, I would be a little skeptical to send out a replacement on every email that claims it was broken out of the box. First, why have I not YET read about someone going to the shipping company? Let’s just assume that BH is like every other company and inspects the contents before shipping. The contents are insured to a certain amount I'm sure. After the package leave BH, it is the shipping company’s responsibility, not BH. Do you really believe that some guy at BH hate stomped your package before shipping,as well as evey other persons? get real. They won’t even accept a damaged box at most shipping places. More than likely, some angry mailman got yelled at by his wife and threw your package into the back of his truck with a crate of bowling balls on top. NOT 1 INSTANCE of anybody contacting the shipping company, grow up and takes the proper steps. The FIRST place I go when something is broken that I receive in the mail is to the Shipping Company. The originating company is not longer responsible for the package once the shipper accepts it….Any help the originating company provides in the way of replacements is a courtesy and them being more than generous.
4. Not to dis-credit anyone, but who is...
A. jumping on the band wagon to bash BH.
B. Jumping on the band wagon and actually crashed their plane, or damaged it pulling it out of packaging before removing the retaining tape(remember they are foamies).
C. Just whiners that BH didn’t believe their story.

D. Running to post on the BBB only because they read someone else did.And even though the thought to do this never crossed thier mind before reading it from someone else, it sounds like a good idea....
Remember for every 10 stories, there are 10 other sides to the stories and also reasons for actions taken

....Notice how BH hasn’t really defended themselves, obviously they are still in business and doing well. If they were as bad as people say, they would be out of business and bankrupt...obviously. And for the record, there is not 100% proof that the BBB has or anyone else for that matter to go against BH, or they would have been sued and the like, and again bankrupt....I can send the BBB my email and say I never got a response....opps forgot to CC the response from BH that was sent but I didn’t get the response I wanted...I’ll show them!!!
Oh and BTW, I own the airframe only version of the 64mm EDF A-10, while it is still in the box it is a very well built model. Sure there are some places I will be beefing up the airframe and the wing has a small chip in the foam...so what I will fix it. YOU READ THE POSTS, YOU KNOW THE RISK, BUY THE ARF AND ADD YOUR OWN STUFF, PROBLEM FIXED ON MOST COMPLAINTS....[:'(] and where they heck can you expect a RTF DF jet for 200-300.00 that has steller electronics in it....as if they would use specktum...hahahahha, most ARF balsa models are 200.00 for a similar size...common people lets wake up to reality here...OK?
