First stop using a starter you are flooding the engine.
2 turns out on both needles is a good starting place.
Take the plug out, dry it off, put it back in.
Hand flip it with the choke on, throttle 1/8th open, if you haven't plug the hole in the choke plate, puy your thumb over the intake as you flip.
Once it pops once stop take the choke off.
With the throttle 1/8 open flip it over, it should start within 5 flips, but if you flip 10 times start over with the choke.
