Servos are bare minimum, but will fly 3D OK. If you are not doing rolling harriers. For props you are probably looking at a 26x10 thinner blade cut (xoar or so) or a 25x10. With that engine, at that weight, you are going to have a little trouble in the extreme 3D department, but it should get you by, for a while.
