Anything you can buy for under a couple of hundred bucks is more of a "toy" plane than a true RC plane.

But if the budget is that limited there's not much I can suggest. If you had $150 I'd suggest something like an Aerobird or a Firebird. These still aren't as good as a 40 size trainer but....
