Your point is well taken Perry, and correct, but again this took along time and was never intended to go this farLOL
And yes it is the new Skysport 2.4 Radio and it works GREAT. The receiver that came with it it is very small so it didn't take up any space. I just double sided taped it to the left Pannier. Everything fit just fine with the Asiatam hull. I even have 2 5000 mAh batteries under the Tamiya speaker box.
If you wanted you could use a much smaller speaker box and have even more room left over. I was even able to retain the upper hull locking mechanism for the Asiatam hull.
The project as a whole turned out even better than I hoped. Tamiya Battle system is installed too.
If you have an HL Tiger and want to use the TBU this is a very easy modification.
I can very easily tear it all down and do a pic by pic build thread , that is how easily it went together.
