I was wondering about that LSN, cause last time I turned it, it looked flushed but i still had the same problem you had, but all I had to do was turn it 1/2 a turn and now she's runnin fine

With the second gear, look at the manual on page 38, it will tell you how to adjust the tranny so that second gear will shift earlier.
