You say the 7th rib is way out at the wing struts??? I thought it was further inboard than that.
The 7th rib is where the wing struts are inserted between the wings.
Your statement makes me suspect that you have an ARF and perhaps you do not have any construction drawings.
The dimensions I gave are from building the kit.
