Default RE: performance of a Kaos

Very interesting this discussion about the KAOS. I had two and one Super Kaos. The Super, not as good as the original It was not very good in windy weather. The Kaos was fine, really good at this altitude of Bogotá (8.650 feet above sea level). However, my preferred old timer pattern plane is the KWIK FLI MK.III. I have one built in 1970 and I'm still flying it. I also built a Taurus and an UFO. I didn't like very much the UFO, the Taurus, great. BUT I still prefer the Kwik Fli. Perhaps is a matter of tastes. Kraft's designs were simple, elegant and easy to build. As a matter of fact I am presently building a Flea Fli, a 66% scale down version of the Kwik Fli.
