I'm still not sure what to coat the plug with. I'm thinking Bondo will work nice. It should sand to a nice finish and withstand some hot plastic. I'll pick some up tomorrow along with some PETG. I'll get my buddy Chris (Cspaced) to get started on the vacuum box.
