A buddy of mine ordered a 90mm F-18 last year and it arrived with missing parts. He didn't know about this thread and was telling me last night of his adventures trying to get them to replace the missing parts. No luck. He also ordered another kit, I forget which one, in November and it STILL hasn't arrived. Wow...

He started talking about reporting BH to BBB. That's when I told him about this, and other threads, and instead advised him to contact his credit card company and start a dispute. Take their money and BH will either get straight (not likely) or just disappear.
