I seriously doubt that will work for it is the cam for the left cylinder on a horizontal opposed twin Saito 100T. It will fit but I'm not so sure about the timing as that cylinder has the intake where you have the exhaust.
The number I gave you was for the rear cylinder on the inline twin 100Ti which runs the other direction on the cylinder with the intake and exhaust where they are now on your engine. But the cam doesn't fit the 56.
You are going to have fun setting the cam timing with the cam you ordered.
The engine will run but I don't think it will run with the same power like your other engine.
Horizon stated that the cam came with a dot at one location and a slash at another location. They said on my engine to place the slash at the 6:00 position with the engine at top dead center. It is on its way to me so I will soon see if they are correct.

That's the way to set that cam. Double check that the valve overlap is centered over top dead center of the piston.
