I have to agree with flyboy, STAY AWAY FROM AIRTRONICS!
I used the RD6000 and had nothing but problems, it went to the manufacturer 3 times. I finally got a JR 8103 PCM, but I think the 9c would work great for you, sense you have all Futaba stuff aready.
