CGR is spot on. Take the plane up nice and easy get a safe altitude and just do some basic flying around. If you have this apt for the shakes this bad you wouldn't break into a knife edge 2 ft off the deck and climb out. So take it easy on that first go round and get a landing in.
That being said, you don't want the shakes to go away. When they go away you will move to bigger, badder, meaner, faster to get them back. That rush is at the heart of the addiction that is R/C Aeromodeling. Guess how I know
