All great advice.. except for the drink part.. but I believe that was a bit of levity.
It's all part of the hobby and good for the initial cautions and preparations for flight. It will make you more aware of pre-flight, then more cautions of not overdue'ing it when you start out on flying day. Perfectly normal, in other words.
It tends to lessen as the day goes buy, until you over-compensate for that to-severe coordinated turn, and it starts to head in the wrong direction or straight down.. then you correct it, breath, land it, and sit down... all perfectly normal.. all perfectly normal.. all perfectly normal... all..................
