Campgems..........you are absolutely right about the little ones being more demanding than the big "real" ones. I'm a full scale pilot......not current but nonetheless a full scale pilot.........and I used to hear that all the time. Well, I got my real wings and it was much easier to fly the real thing than the little ones. Probably because you're sitting in the big ones and you have a feel for what is going on first hand. One of the guys in our club used to be.........before he retired........an airforce jet jock and finally when he got out, a 747 test pilot and he still ferries 747's all over the world. One day out at the field after he had crashed a P51, he said.........."hey, just because I can fly a 747 doesn't mean I can fly these things!! Of course now he has graduated to flying model jets, but still you are right in your statement.
