I can give you step by step how to remove pictures so you could insert pics of good size.
But first, Do you have a software that can resize pictures?
Here my operaing system is Windows XP pro and I have Microsoft photo editor.
With the photo editor I can resize any pictures.
I bring them so that the properties of the pic file show just under 800 pixels wide and whatever the height is to keep the proportions of the pic.
Let me know and then I will guide you to remove the big pics or any pics [X(].
