Default RE: Futaba 8FGA Question?

I am not very happy with support from you people on my new T8FG. twice I called in the a.m. and the person I spoke with went around in circles with me, and said the programmer had not come in yet, this was at 10.30. As far as I got with him was a waste of time. the second day I called , I got a tech. man , who said that the programmer was out to lunch, and than the phone went dead. I than called Tower ( where I bought the radio ) and spoke with ther're supervisor, He said he would talk to the Futaba Sevice center, about my problems with them. You people have my phone#, now I'm waiting patiently for a reply. I've read the manual from the start to finish, and have gone through all the functions on the radio, and I know how to use the sensor, and know most of the functions, and what ther're for. So here we go DUAL RATES,I installed the high and low DUAL RATES, on A I L , ELE, and RUD. I also installed EXP. , HIGH and Low. The book is vague on how to put these three functions on one switch, preferably, SF switch. NEXT, in the function menue you can scroll to the last page , that says D G 1, D G 2, and to the right C T A L, and under it I have J1, nd T2. I know what J1, and T2 mean. what are the original letter and numbers that go there. What does C T A L mean , and DG1 and DG2 mean? I do not see elevons In the book, only tailess wing, termanology?? Ihave been using Futaba radios since they first came out, and have bee very pleased with them, BUT the wording in this manual, is different than my 7 channel. So people in my club, and other clubs I go to fly in will ask me about this radio and support I've gotten. I realy like the radio, so if you want me to spread the word about it, I better get some help here, or I'll tell them the SUPPORT IS POOR. got that??? So how about a little help here.
