The one thing that bothers me most is you say it won't move on asphalt but does on concrete.That doesn't make any sense at all. After looking at the plane they are lieing to you about it can fly, they also say made for 3D flight that's also a lie. Top wing aircraft are not considered 3D craft. Any how it seems like it's underpowered as well as tail heavy. Get some weight in nose. Maybe get a better motor those RTF are far from any good. What radio are you using and how are your throws set up?
