Check your warranty-it may say what the warranty covers and doesnt cover. I know if it were my JR 9303 2.4 Tx Id be barking at Horizon. But I dont think the batteries are covered......and if they are, I bet its like 6mo. warranty on batteries.

There may be a reason why the batt gets pulled down so quickly, maybe the tx is defective.....
