I am not cheap, but when you pay $1395.00 plus tax , you expect that they give you a battery that works.
Why would I or you go get an other battery. Just sale the radio without the battery so we can choose the one we want to buy at a less price.
They should know that they have a problem.

What does the cost of the radio have to do with a bad battery pack? when you started to notice that the pack would not hold a charge you should have sent it in for warrenty repairs.
If you spent 25,000 for a new car and the battery goes bad what do you do, i would guess you would go back to the dealer to have it replaced.
