I am trying to use channel 7 of this receiver with a 12Z and it will not work. I have checked everything used a different receiver of the same type as well as a different y-cable. When I move the control surface that the servo is on it moves freely when the radio and plane are on. It should resist movement so it seems like it is not getting power, but I did try a different receiver. I have my flaps on channel 5 and 6 so all slots are full.

Any ideas?
