How old is the pack? Looks like they had problems with the solder joints in some of the older packs.
Are you connecting both the discharge leads and the balance plug to the charger? I get ''connection break'' message if I don't on my LiPo's.
The pack is about 1-1.5 years old and I have two with only one having this issue. It worked fine about 2 weeks ago.
I tried to balance charge with the same results.
