Default RE: drift tire question

ORIGINAL: magnat

It takes alot of skill to slide on a set of PVC tyres with any sort of real control..

I would be looking at Home Made ABS tyres (Black Polypipe as opposed to white PVC)
The black polypipe offers a little bit more grip then white PVC and gives more of a authentic look then seeing a set of rims wrapped with white pipe..

Electrical tape wrapped around a stock radial is a good way to get drifting straight away but the tape needs a dead smooth surface and with brushless I doubt would last more then 5 minutes...

i wasnt about to put white pvc pipe on my car lol. i knew pvc and cpvc came in other colors so i assumed the black was pvc also. i will have to ask for poly pipe. thanks for the added insite
