I have added rcu to my toolbars, and also my favourites, but once we get that error page no matter how we try to access RCU that page is ALL we get, and that can last from 3-4 hours to 2 days I've had it for. I have even had a puter tech check it out and he couldnt get past that page either. I have also run my disc cleaner and all my AV and malware programs and tried again to no avail, once your server refuses us entry time to put RCU on hold for an undetermined period. I showed him the notes from rcu on how to get around it and he sat there, scratched head and said "yeh right, HOW?". He told me he cant help, its a system error from the server and nothing we can do.
