ORIGINAL: FAZDA

I know a company called hobbywing that makes cheap and reliable esc's, they sell a 180 amp brushless water cooled/proof boat esc called the Seaking-180A for around $115. Heres some of its basic specifications:
<span style=''font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(102, 102, 102); line-height: 16px; -webkit-border-horizontal-spacing: 1px; -webkit-border-vertical-spacing: 1px; ''><span style=''color: rgb(85, 85, 85); font-family: Arial; ''>Output: Continuous current 180A, burst current 360A.<div align=''justify''><font face=''Arial''><font color=''#555555''>Input: <font color=''#555555''>6-18 cells NiMH/NiCd or 2-6 cells LiPo.
<div align=''justify''><font face=''Arial''><font color=''#555555''>BEC Output: <font color=''#555555''>5.8V@3A Switching mode built-in BEC.
<div align=''justify''><font face=''Arial''><font color=''#555555''>Suitable Motor: Sensorless Brushless Motor
<div align=''justify''><font color=''#555555'' face=''Arial''><div align=''justify''><font color=''#555555'' face=''Arial''><font color=''#555555'' face=''Arial''>External diameter of the water cooling pipe: 5.0mm
<div align=''justify''><font color=''#555555''><font face=''Arial''>Size: <font face=''Arial''><font color=''#555555''>72mm(L) * 68mm(W) * 34mm(H).
Weight: 165<font color=''#555555''>g
<div align=''justify''><font face=''Arial''><font color=''#555555''>They seam cheap but I have one and they work well for me, you can check them out at www.hobbywing.com but their only sold on ebay

That esc will not work for this motor..
this motor needs 10s + for decent rpms and power!

this esc is rated to 12s that was listed above
