Well I found 1lb lead weights at Bass Pro and I will use them to balance this plane. I will build a weight box on the bottom of the motor mount firewall to hold the weights.

I also have decided to go another route on the retracts. I have heard the Hanger 9 150 P-47 retracts just don't hold up in the long run. I have forund a nice retract set for a Russian LA-7 at Troy Built that will do the job and they come with wheels. The set is complete and they cost only $140.00.
