Hey everyone!

I got into the RC world with the small coaxil helis (Lama, CX2 / 3, MCX) and a HB FP. I decided I wanted to try a plane as well. I've had this one for awhile, but haven't had alot of luck with it. I have one of the Mini Super Cubs.

Anyway, the first time I tried it, it "got away" from me and I had to trek across three yards to recover it. The second time I tried (just now) it got away from me, and lodged itself firmly into a not so near-by tree.

Any suggestions for a first-time learner? I do not want to go at this full speed ahead, and end up destroying this thing before I even get to enjoy it, lol. I figure its sat next to my helis long enough, and would like to finally learn to fly the thing. Hell, I've even considered finding a local RC person for assistance, but there aren't any locally to pick at for tips or suggestions lol (North Eastern Alabama)
