Is that just a typo, or is that an AC motor? How will you power it? An AC motor needs alternating current (house or 'grid' current) so you will need an inverter and an AC speed control to operate it.
Brushless motors are 3 phase, requiring a different type esc to control them. The speed control you show looks like it is for DC current - like 12v car motors or brushed hobby motors- requiring yet another type speed control.
