My first glow trainer had an OS LA40. It was probably a good first engine, but as I learned to fly, I purchased the OS AX55. Needless to say, the change was dramatic. Now an over controlled elevator that would pitch the model into a stall is a sustained vertical climb. Maybe it's a waste on a trainer, but it is a great model to fly in the winter on skis.
