The cylinder head on the -i- looks like it was made from a -LA- casting

The -i- has lower compression than the -FX-

I'm thinking the -i- has the new plastic body needle valve on a steel mount bolted to the back plate? Its been a few years since I've seen one.

The engines run nice that just don't have as much power.
