I know this is an older version but maybe the newer versions are the same or some folks are still using the old version and may know the answer to my questions. Obviously the version I have is 3.5. When I use it I like to have wind direction across the runway, wind speed around 10 or so and I like it to be gusty as well instead of steady. The problem, I know how to change wind direction and speed but I don't know how to make it gusty. I'd also like the settings to be saved so every time I boot up the game the settings are already there. Right now I have to add wind and change direction every time. Can anyone explain how to do this? I"m not even sure its possible. The built in help is so un-intuitive, I'd need a hour of reading just to find what I'm looking for. I bet the answer is simple once you find it. I'm trying to have it be as realistic as possible. Whenever I go flying at the field, conditions are never perfectly calm. So I'd like to make whatever setting I can to make it as realistic as possible. Any other setting I should make to do that?

Second question. How realistic is the "handling" of the aircraft on this sim? Relatively speaking of course, as I realize the sim can never duplicate flying characteristics exactly. But I'm just curious what others who've used these alot think of how realistic the actual characteristics of the planes are relative to the real models? One thing I've noticed about this sim is it tend so make landings seem easier. The planes just settle on the runway as if sucked down. Again maybe there's a setting to fix that?
