Iglassed my current falconwith 1.4 oz cloth and coated with gelcoat. I previously builta falconwith 1/2 oz cloth but it actually ended up being heavier by the time Isurfaced it smooth enough for paint. Icompiled my build processinto a downloadable .pdf posted a few pages earilier:
