No, I didn't reglass the fuselage.I just stripped all the paint down to the fiberglass. Once the plane was assembled I coated the entire surface with a thin gelcoat, then painted. I did however add a 3 inch strip of 6 oz carbon fiber cloth down the length of thefuselageon both inner sides. They were epoxied in with the same West Systems epoxy used in the fiberglass.The weight was negligible and added a lot of rigiditty, especially around the canopy.
