Default RE: Tamiya TamTech Frog GB01 Build/Tear Down Thread

Woodsrider - yes, it was your post I was referring to - thanks for responding to my comment, and adding a nice summary. That proves quite useful to other readers!

FeoTT - Thanks for all the info regarding the steering. Again, very useful info for the reader. Unfortunately, I can't really answer any of your questions - perhaps someone else will. For me, the stock steering is fine - but I'm just a basher, who is probably used to a little steering slop now and again. Regardless, I haven't really seen the need to upgrade the steering, so I can't offer any tips/advice regarding that.

But if I do in the future, I'll be sure to refer back to your post. I'm glad you found a little something to make the 3Racing setup better (forgotten part during assembly - d'oh!).

For what it's worth, 3Racing seems to generally make good affordable stuff, but some bits can be hit or miss depending on what it is.

I have not tried BL in the TamTech w/stock AM radio. (It is AM, correct?). I'd be willing to guess that some glitching might occur. Isn't that usually the case, or am I full of it?
