They could offer a rate calculated daily [for what's left of] the first year. If they were to put a system like that into play, I doubt it would amount to a hill of beans as to why the AMA is or is not growing.
Let's give the average guy who is contemplating joining a little more credit [for having a good reason to join] than that.....
