Royal B-25 Cowl Question
Just about finished repairing the basket case I bought at my club auction. I'm using older Saito 45 Specials for power. I have them mounted inverted. They stick out lot but the good news is that the muffler outlet from the cylinder head is just outside of the cowl. So you don't have to cut alot. I cut the firewall out to clear the carb and used Sig engine mounts. I will post some pictures if you are interested. The Saito 50 or 56 are still available and the same size as my engines and should make the plane overpowered. The new Saito 40s are smaller than the 45s I have and should be enough power.
