Default RE: Tamiya Pershing Owners?

My son and I have run our Pershing for over 5 years. It is nice to have some heavies on the Allied side. Just did a major rebuild at the end of last year, and that was mainly because it was accidentally kicked in the dark during a night battle and had a lot of exterior damage. Took the opportunity to upgrade to sealed bearings and. upgrade to Dean's plugs. Sevo is correct about taking the Gearboxes out. They are attached to subframe that is attached to the tank. On the other hand, this was the first time in 5 years that I removed the Gearbox.

I did replace the stock gun elevation unit with a servo. Did not like the 'rubber chicken' effect, and since our battlefield is so steep, max and min gun elevation is a real plus.
