Default RE: Tamiya Pershing Owners?

My 2 cents and I agree with all the other on target comments.

The Pershing, to me, is a beautifully engineered kit from Tamiya and needs little in the way of performance modifications. I have built a couple of them, and unlike my other modified tanks, both Pershing were built relatively stock and run great. As great as my more heavily modified WWII German Tamiya Tanks. For the Pershing builds, I used bearings; a metal elevation arm; a solid turret rotation gear – replacing the unit's slipping clutch gear and a long wired LED Emitter in the barrel, but that is it for mods.

The Pershing is a favorite backyard runner for sure and those 1940's streamlining side skirts will grow on you.
