Checked that and used compressed air just in case, but still does it. 

One more thing to add; a minute or so after the controller shuts off power to the motor, the motor emits an electric grinding noise as the controller resets itself. after that it works until the next bump.

I will try re installing the latest firmware and see if there was just a glitch.
