Hey GBR2. The plane has a carbon spar tube about 1/2 inch thick and when lifting the plane without th struts on, it shows no sag in the wings. however, when a plane comes with struts, I just naturally make them structurally functional. If they are not, they are attached on the fuse to a blind nut in plywood doublers. Same as the wing
