I don't think that many guys put gassers in theirs, and that might be why you aren't getting much response here. I'd ask your questions pertaining to the DLE-30 over in the gas engine forum where there is a long thread on that engine. Myself, I only have one gasser and have not even started the engine yet...the plane is done and it has a DL-50 on it. I am not experienced enough with it to offer you any help.
Re the prop, will a prop reamer work for you, or is the shaft too large for the typical glow engine prop reamer? The other option, which I would be forced to use since I don't have a drill press either, would be to enlarge the hole in the prop with a portable drill, in small increments. I think if you do that, you won't get too off like if you were to try to do it all at once with the right size bit. Good luck.
