RE: Valley View MONOCULP (am I the only one)
Yes. Thats all we have had here in central N.C. for about the last 4 months!! She handles the wind very well especially on landing. I crab it in then at flair I ease in rudder and opposite airleron and it settles right in. I have flown it in up to 20 mph winds with no problem but if they are squirrelly. it will get beat up just like any other plane. In 10 to 15 mph wind, this thing will almost stop moving forward on landing if you bounce with no hint of a wing drop or stall. It has never dropped a wing on me once and power off stalls are strait nose down with no rudder input at all I have a quarter scale cub that weighs less than this and has a lot lighter wing loading and it does not land as soft as this one does. I think you can tell im happy with it. Lastly, I will try to scan it and post it. You only need one template. just flip it to make the other one. I will also send you the gear ones toi
