Chicago Classic Pattern Championships!!!

I have received a number of questions about "eligible" airplanes. Specifically, can I fly my Kougar, Kommander, Falcon 56 or Astro Hog?

Yes, yes, yes and yes!

The photo below shows the Dose Boy's with their Falcon 56 MK II, Sig Kommander and Dad's Champion. Each of these can be competitive in the SPA Novice class with some practice.

The picture was taken before an Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) volunteer picks them up (3/13/10) to travel to the EAA museum in Oshkosh, WI to be a part of a special exhibit for the next (10) months. Thanks to my pal Mike Mueller, the opportunity of a life time will begin today!
