You could try and access RCU (from work) through Google.com. Bring up google, in the google address bar, punch in ''rcuniverse'' and click on that find.
Here's the example, I think that may bypass your works blocking RCU.

The state lists it as a message board and blocks all KNOWN message boards they just dont see RCU as message board
