Is the system running on an RX battery AND BECs?
Its normal practice to use either, but not both. If the red signal wire of the ESCs are disconnected by winkling the red wire out and taping back, the ESCs will each draw control power from their respective power battery.
I would consider putting a twist into the motor leads to reduce transmitted interference, in addition to all the previous suggestions.
