I have a cowl but I need it for my own Saphir.
Maybe try some German forums (if you can read German).

On the other hand it is not that difficult to make a one time plug from foam and use epoxy and fiberglass fabric
and then you should be able to get a good cowl.
I can give You the exact measurments of the cowl and take some more pictures of it from various angles.
