No, that's not what I'm saying.

WeedEaterŪ does not use exclusively Ryobi engines, nor exclusively Poulan. Which model and rev# of string trimmer you buy, will determine what engine you get.

The "Featherlite" models I've seen in the store seem to be Poulan, and my non-Featherlite engines are also Poulan.

Here's my Poulan 25cc WeedEaterŪ before and after the crash broke off the coil mount:
