Thanks for the input, I will give it a try in the morning, I know the engine runs so thats just a matter of learning how to tune it, i will try setting the needles how you said.

My next problem is the steering, i put in the servo saver and had to add a small spacer under the servo to fit it, the servo saver doesn't touch anything but the sterring is very sluggish to say the least and turning to the left it is fine, but turning to the right sometimes it doesn't seem to go at all</p>
