Yesterday, March 20th, Steve Helms, President of Futaba RC Division, USA gave a talk at the WAMS swap meet here in Weatherford. It turns out that Futaba OWNS OS Max !!!! (I didn't know that)

I told Steve about the horrendous mistake that OS made in discontinuing the 25 FX in favor of the AX and that we are looking to Magnum and GMS for our "B" combat and Q-25 engines, and that we don't buy them one at a time, but rather by the boatload. He was rather shocked, it turns out that no one at Futaba/OS watches the internet discussions for marketing purposes.

Steve asked me to send him a letter outlining what we have discussed here and in other forums and that he will send it DIRECTLY to the president of Futaba in Japan. Now THAT's getting to the top of the chain of command. It's probably too late to do anything about it, but you never know.
