RE: Vailly Aviation Hawker Hurricane Build Thread
Greetings everyone, sorry for the absence from building. Lots of stuff going on, work, play, some home repairs. I've been waiting until the tail feathers were almost done so I could route pushrods before I closed in the fuse structure with all those stringers. I've got the elevator pushrod ready - it's a four foot carbon fiber tube with a 4-40 solder clevis on one end and I'll put a ball link on the servo end. I'll be using a tiller bar for the rudder cables, which should allow me to keep the big servos up front and the rudder cables back by the wing mount plate. Here are some pix.
